3. Location Information The Chefsynk Driver app collects precise location data (GPS) from your device. Location data is collected:
While the app is in use (Foreground): To enable delivery assignment, navigation, and route optimization.
While the app is running in the background: To enable real-time delivery tracking and verification of service completion, subject to user permissions granted on your device.

Location data is used solely for delivery-related functionality and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. This data is automatically deleted after 7 days.

What happens after your request:
Your request will be verified within 3 business days
Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Location data is automatically deleted within 7 days regardless of account status
Certain data may be retained if required by law, security, or regulatory obligations — you will be informed if this applies to your request
